Agenda Day 1

Agenda Day 2

Summit Details:

To help attendees learn how to deliver more value with less risk, each day of the summit will focus on a distinct theme.

Day 1:  Using ERM to enable Mission and Strategy.  In particular, the focus will be on organization, cultural, and leadership issues that can create either hurdles or springboard of risks to mission success.  This includes stakeholder alignment on mission objectives and risk to these objectives.

Day 2:  Getting value from time and resources invested in ERM.  Attention turns to accelerating ERM competency, improving management practices, and getting early value from ERM efforts through practical actions.  This includes an update on industry-recognized frameworks, standards, and methods.

Each day will open with general sessions, and break into tracks to provide more practical insight to participants based on maturity of ERM implementation (please choose one while registering):

Track 1:  Sprinting from the Start.  This track is designed for participants in the early stages of implementation working through typical growth pains.  The goal is to help professionals in these stages move beyond such hurdles to deliver faster value.

Track 2:  Managing the Marathon.  This track is shaped for participants seeking to get to the next hurdles, expanding from pilots to roll-outs, better focus on achieving mission performance objectives and improving efficiency.  The goal here is to harness practical lessons learned to more easily capture benefit while avoiding waste during expansion.
